No — Tagihin never holds your money. Clients pay you directly: a transfer to your company bank account, or a scan of the dynamic QRIS QR derived from your own static QRIS code — the funds settle straight into your account (via your bank or the PJP where you registered your QRIS), never passing through Tagihin, and we take no cut or per-invoice fee on what your clients pay you. Because the exact amount is locked into the QR, clients never type the number themselves: wrong-amount transfers drop sharply, and fake or doctored payment proofs are easier to catch. You stay in full control of your cash flow from the first invoice onward.

Tagihin produces tidy, tax-aware invoices, kwitansi, surat penawaran, and bukti potong drafts: the 0.5% final UMKM tax, PPh 21/23 withholding, and 11% PPN are calculated automatically from your business settings. Two honest caveats: an official Faktur Pajak can only be issued by a PKP through e-Faktur in DJP Coretax — Tagihin does not issue Faktur Pajak; and official bukti potong are issued by the withholding party through e-Bupot, so Tagihin's bukti potong documents are drafts/previews that make client communication easier. Kwitansi above Rp5,000,000 carry a Rp10,000 stamp-duty (bea meterai) notice per Law 10/2020. Tagihin is a document tool, not a tax adviser, and does not file your taxes — when in doubt, check with your accountant or the DJP.

Not required — Tagihin works whether or not you are a PKP. If you are not PPN-registered, leave the PPN toggle off and issue invoices as usual. As context for individual freelancers and micro-businesses: your first Rp500 million of annual turnover is free of the final tax, and the excess is taxed at a flat 0.5% (PP 55/2022, now permanent under PP 20/2026). If you are a PKP, switch PPN on and Tagihin calculates 11% PPN (the effective rate under PMK 131/2024) on your documents, with a note that the Faktur Pajak is issued separately via e-Faktur (DJP Coretax). Businesses with turnover above Rp4.8 billion per year must register as PKP — if yours is approaching that level, check with your accountant or tax office.

Yes — Tagihin has no lock-in contract and no minimum commitment, so you can cancel a paid plan anytime from your account settings. You can start on the free plan with no credit card and upgrade only when your business is ready and needs more features. When you cancel, your paid-plan features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that, the account simply drops back to the free plan. Your existing data and documents remain in place, so you can try Tagihin without worrying about being tied in for the long term.
