About Tagihin
Tagihin is an Indonesian invoicing and tax-paperwork web app operated by Cavastir, built for freelancers and micro/small businesses (UMKM) in Indonesia. It issues tidy, bilingual invoices, kwitansi (receipts), surat penawaran (quotations), and draft bukti potong previews, and generates dynamic QRIS QR codes locked to the exact amount — your client scans and the money settles straight into your own account at your PJP. Tagihin never holds funds and charges no per-bill fee. Tagihin formats and computes documents only: it does not file your SPT, does not issue a Faktur Pajak or official bukti potong (both exist only through DJP's Coretax), and is not tax advice.
Why we built Tagihin
Tagihin was built for Indonesian freelancers, out of our own invoicing headaches: transfers that arrive a few thousand rupiah short, payment screenshots scattered across chats, and paperwork in chaos by the time SPT season arrives. We think getting paid — by bank transfer or QRIS — should be exact, instant, and tidy for tax season. So every invoice shows your company bank account for transfers (the main rail for B2B clients), plus an optional dynamic QRIS QR locked to the exact amount from your static QRIS code — the money still settles straight into your own account, never through us.
What does Tagihin do?
- Generates exact-amount dynamic QRIS QR codes from your own static QRIS — funds settle straight to your account
- Issues professional invoices, kwitansi, and surat penawaran, bilingual Indonesian/English
- Computes PPN and PPh withholding (PPh 21/23) and prepares draft bukti potong previews to review with your client
- Tracks Indonesian tax deposit and filing deadlines with a due-date calendar (+.ics)
What does Tagihin NOT do?
- It is not a payment processor or e-wallet — it never holds or moves your money
- It does not issue Faktur Pajak (only PKP can, exclusively via DJP Coretax e-Faktur) and does not issue official bukti potong (the paying party issues those via e-Bupot)
- It is not a full accounting suite, and it does not file your SPT for you
- It does not provide tax advice — it only formats and computes documents
Who is behind Tagihin?
Tagihin is operated by the Cavastir team. We build our guides and calculators from the rules published by DJP (the Directorate General of Taxes) and the Ministry of Finance, and keep them current. The information on this site is general information to make Indonesian tax easier to understand — it is not individual tax advice. Please confirm with DJP or your tax consultant before acting.
